Analysis/Reflection

I think this report is a major event, and by looking at a summary of the event, the approach to assessing the level of diversity at Oxy is pretty clear. The goals are virtually all quantitative, and this indicates that goals for diversity are largely seen as based on numbers, quotas, percentages, and ratios. I think this would be a helpful piece of documentation for research in this area at Oxy.
