The respondent remarked positively about Oxy's future, saying that the college is doing right by diversifying students and faculty. This respondent recommended more community partnerships with the college, such as "...expanding the role of community college transfer to offer a bridge program and educating faculty and students in the Occidental community to have sensitivity to and respect differences in abilities, cultures, social class, etc. The entire campus needs to embrace diversity."
